TOS:

• You must be at least "new user" on VRC

• if I find that I cannot upload your avatar because your not a new user, I will send the project in a gumroad link and I will wait till you are said rank to upload for free. i do not do public uploads on my account.

• I am a student with a part-time job other than avatar making, please be patient. turnaruond time can be anywhere from 2 days to a couple depending on the size of the project.

​

• I don't keep projects for more than a couple of days, if you think you'll want edits, please tell me, and I'll send you the unity package (you must own EVERYTHING in the package)

​

• I have the right to decline commissions for any reason.

​

• I give full refunds only if I've done no work for them, otherwise, partial refunds can be given as well as the files that I've finished. the amount refunded depends on how much work I've done.

​

• You must pay before I start any work(i will do 50/50 payments on some avatars- i.e 50% to start and 50% to upload)

​

• If your uncomfortable with your avatar being shown off on social media please inform me, i show off commissions in batches on my tiktok and Instagram. if im not informed your avatar will be shown off.

​

• I work with minors (15+) I am not responsible if your child spends money they aren't allowed to.

​

• I do NSFW work. I require legal ids to prove your not a minor.

​

• my work CANNOT be used for crypto or NFT work

​

• I always check for proof of ownership of avatars and assets as needed (this would be a screenshot of the email thats sent to you when you purchase the asset/avatar OR specific roles in discord groups)

​

• Please provide a clear reference sheet (MUST have at least a front and a rear view) not having a clear sheet might cause price increase.

​

• I'm not responsible if your avatar gets ripped. the most I can say is to file a DMCA request till they comply.

​

• i put credits to myself in the chest/ head of the avatar( depends on where base creator has their credits)

​

​

• it is expected that is we are conducting business together that you have read and agree my TOS.

Pricing Info

​

• My  retexture prices start at $30 and go up on complexity. i use Venmo and Cashapp preferably but can use Paypal. Gumroad is an option but an added +10% has to be added for Gumroads fees. When using paypal +4% must be added for business fees

• I take assets/avatars as a genuine way to pay me but its not preferred; I can also decline this method of payment if i want to.

​

• I do free recolour work ONLY for anything bought for me, i can also delcline doing free recolour work if your OC is too complex.

​

• i do not give refunds for avatars/assets bought for me.

​

• if an avatar/asset is bought for me i ONLY take it through the gumroad gifting system as my state has significant taxes added to online purchases.

​

• Adding clothing starts at $7 and goes up on the piece.(this includes toggles)

​

• Added assets start at $5 and go up on complexity, these come with toggles (unless stated otherwise by customer)

​

• fur brush is $15+ (goes with complexity of design)

​

• clothing refitting starts at $10 and goes up with the asset/avatar its being fit to

​

• From-scratch puppet menus can be added for $10​

​

• major avatar edits/splicing starts at $50 (comes with texture and unity work)

​

• custom assets start at $10

​

• Rendering starts at $15, will go up depending on scene, added assets/props, and added characters

Other Info

• Quest compatibility is not charged unless blender work is needed to make it quest compatible, which can range but starts at $15
